Since I am teaching I see more and more people suffering with their breath, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, depression. And through the breath practice I can help you to conquer all of this. Through a private session I can work one on one with you, focusing particularly on you, watching how you breathe, guide you and show you how you could change your breath. It is all about you, the more you put in to it the more you will gain.
